Free call to introduce the counselor, allow the client to present the reason for seeking therapy, and introduce potential treatment methods prior to booking a paid session
Cancellation Policy
All requests to book are subject to clinician availability. When you request a booking, the clinician will contact you to verify whether that time is available and to offer you options. If you must cancel a previously scheduled appointment within 24 hours, a $75 fee must be charged to the card on file. This fee can potentially be waived if there is evidence of an emergency that requires the cancelation, or if you are able to reschedule within the same calendar week. Reschedule options are not guaranteed and are dependent on clinician availability.
